When working on a site of historical significance, it is especially important to carry out construction with great care and attention. We are pleased to announce that this is indeed the case with the Seven Pearl project. The earthworks belonging to the preparatory phase of the construction, which began in 2025 is coming to the end phase soon, and the structural work of the building is currently in progress. In addition, Dohány Street has gained a temporary “visual landmark”: the installation of the tower crane, essential for this type of urban development, has been completed. However, the future is not the only focus of the construction — the past plays an equally important role. The site has been secured in accordance with heritage protection standards, ensuring that the Seven Pearl project becomes a worthy neighbor to Europe’s largest synagogue.
